We Own: Website, software, algorithms, trademarks

You Own: Your content, data, pre-existing IP

Licenses: Limited, non-exclusive use of our services. You grant us permission to process your content.

Disclaimer: Services "as is" without warranties.

Liability Limited To: Amount paid in last 12 months, direct damages only.

Exceptions: Gross negligence, personal injury, consumer protection violations (DPDP, GDPR).

You Indemnify Us from claims arising from your use, violations, or IP infringement.

Termination: You can cancel anytime. We may terminate for breach, non-payment, or illegal activity.

Jurisdiction: India (DPDP) / EU (GDPR). Individual disputes only (class action waiver where legal).
